Privacy and text messaging

Dr. ScrubBins LLC ("we", "us") cleans trash bins in Tangipahoa, St. Tammany and Livingston parishes, Louisiana. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Your service address, parish and trash pickup day.
- Your plan details: number of bins or containers, how often, and add-ons.
- Whether your payment went through. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages you send us by text, email or phone.
How we use it
- To schedule and do your cleanings.
- To charge your card and manage your plan.
- To text and email you about your service.
- To answer your questions and keep records we need for taxes and the law.
Text messaging
When you book, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. ScrubBins at the mobile number you give us. We send:
- Your booking confirmation and cleaning dates.
- Billing notices and renewal reminders.
- A request to review us after a cleaning.
- Replies to texts or missed calls you send us.
Texts are how we confirm and schedule your service, so we ask for this agreement when you book. If you would rather not get texts, call us at 985-205-3536 to book. Message frequency varies with your plan. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or call 985-205-3536. After you reply STOP we send one confirmation and then no more texts.
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who handles your data for us
We use service providers who process data only to do their job for us: Stripe (payments), Twilio and Quo (text messages and calls), Brevo (email), Google (our scheduling calendar), and DigitalOcean (the servers that run our booking system). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer and as long as we need it for records, taxes and legal reasons. To correct or delete your information, email support@drscrubbins.com or call 985-205-3536.
Security
This site and our booking system use HTTPS. Payment details go straight to Stripe. We limit who can see customer records.
Children
Our service and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top.
